Key 4 Success Ltd has the right to dissolve the agreement with the user if the user had infringed these Terms & Conditions or had committed actions damaging the program's activity from its reputation.

At our discretion we reserve the right not to act on instructions if we are not satisfied as to their authenticity or if they do not meet our requirements.

We reserve the right to contact you regarding withdrawal requests in order to perform security checks. We will not be liable or responsible for the consequences of any delay or any such loss arising as a result of our being unable to contact you to complete our security checks.

We are entitled to change the interest rates as specified if we consider that it is reasonable to do so. Interest will be calculated on a daily basis. You will start to earn interest from the same working day after receipt for deposits made.

We treat you as the absolute owner of the account. Anyone who becomes entitled to an account as a result of your death or bankruptcy may be registered as holder of the account provided they produce any evidence.
